Smart Newtown Computer Hub
Our computer hub is located at 9-11 Constable Street, next to the Newtown Library. It is available for hire most weekday evenings after 5 PM, and all day on weekends.

The back half of the building is occupied by the Network Newtown classroom and shares the toilet facilities and wi-fi.
Capacity: Space for up to 15 people.
Cost:
- Community Hire - e.g. community classes, NGO hire etc.: $22 p/h
- Private Hire - e.g. commercial: $40 p/h
- Bond: $200, for all hires

Facilities: We have 9 operational desktop computers running Windows 11. They are loaded with all the standard Windows utilities, Firefox and Microsoft Edge web browsers, and Microsoft Word and Excel 2016.

We have wi-fi and spare ethernet and power cables for any brought-in wired devices. There is also a stand projector and screen available for presentations.
